In between the end of April and the middle of September You can gaze the abnormally good visibility, which was the decisive factor for the location. The roots of the fortification go back until the 12th century, since it was a tollbooth for an important road section to Salzburg. Today the castle is an &#8220;evangelic event- and recreationalhouse&#8221;.
